This initiative aims to support Māori rangatahi and Pacific youth who are not currently in paid employment, education, or training by providing hands-on experience in hotel operations and fostering confidence, leadership and a sense of connection.

Hind Management is proud to champion accessibility in hospitality with the 2026 launch of the Open Doors Internship – a program designed to empower individuals with a disability through meaningful hands-on experience in a Hotel Department. The 6-week program focuses on building transferable skills that support long-term success in the workforce, while offering all team members the opportunity to enhance their interpersonal skills and deepen their understanding of diverse perspectives.
